Beyond 28 Days Recovery

Beyond 28 Days Mission Statement

Beyond 28 is a creative and entrepreneurial 6–12-month recovery and sober community living program primarily for young adults aged from 18-29 who are struggling with addiction and are entering the program illicit drug free.

Residents of this program will:

Reside in a brand-new state of the art designed building providing single room occupancy within a 4-bedroom pod/unit fully furnished including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high-speed internet and an 86” TV.

Provide Healthy nutritional living by providing high quality food to the residents of each pod as well as cooking classes to help residents learn basic and advanced cooking skills

Strengthen their physical being in a state-of-the-art gym facility with professional training and incorporating the Jacobs Ladder II to take life and each day “one rung at a time”

Enhance residents’ spiritual well-being by doing community living skills development and maintenance and by participation within the Chapel of the facility.

Promote and enhance creative talents and opportunities in the Invention and Entrepreneurial, Kiln/Pottery, Upholstery/Fashion Design, Music, 3 D printing and Jewelry Design Centers with the facility.

Encourage Long term success behaviors after completion of the program through thoughtful communications, providing possible job opportunities within or outside the facility, completion of college classes at Bloomsburg University both during and after which could also include additional sober living housing opportunities for additional years while working or in college.
